One of the ways you keep good employees around is by promoting them and helping them grow their careers. But how do you continue to do this while working remotely?

Don’t let your managers put employee promotions and development on hold indefinitely. You could end up losing some of your best team members as a result, pandemic or no pandemic.air jordan 1 low

Whereas in the past you may have given employees promotions based on relationships or face time in the office, now’s the time to start looking at data-based promotions. Who’s showing the most results? Who’s accomplishing the most while working from home?

Similarly, encourage your managers to continue coaching or mentoring their team members via Zoom and other tech spaces.

Employee growth shouldn’t come to a standstill just because we’re remote — and if it does, you may find employees heading to other companies where growth is still possible.
