The current work landscape is filled with uncertainty. But that doesn’t mean it’s time to abandon employee development. Everyone could use some new skills to adapt to the suddenly upended work situation. You can use this upset in the normal work environment to address current needs and place a greater emphasis on employee development moving forward.

Look at what your team members need, first, and then offer coinciding development opportunities. Some teams are having issues with top-down communication. Leadership development surrounding effective communication, then, could be a good place to start.

Other teams find they have to deal with teams’ anxiety and stress first. This is where leadership development surrounding empathy could be good.

This month, I’m offering a FREE diagnostic feedback session against the ENGAGE model, so you can learn just what your team members need. To find out more, book a quick chat, with this link.
