Try three micro shifts this week:

Own your first 30 seconds
Arrive with calm posture, steady eye contact and a clear outcome. Signal that you’re the person who can steady the room.

Connect before content
Start with a short open question in the corridor or before a meeting. Acknowledge their answer, then add one concise point. Small rituals build trust fast.

Guide with questions
Ask for the win-state: “What would make this a win for everyone?” Follow with a crisp recommendation. You shape direction without dominating.
