Our programs are specifically designed for technical professionals like you. We focus on translating your technical expertise into influential leadership through practical techniques. You'll learn how to communicate complex ideas simply, read stakeholder behaviours, and adapt your style for maximum impact. Our ENGAGE methodology gives you a structured approach to influence others while maintaining your authentic technical leadership style.

Absolutely. Our programs include specific tools and techniques for translating technical concepts for different audiences. You'll learn techniques for choosing the appropriate language level for your audience and adapting communication styles. We'll help you and your team develop a toolkit for making technical information accessible and engaging for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining accuracy.

Participants typically report significant improvements in their ability to: - Read and adapt to others' behavioural styles - Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience - Lead more engaging and productive meetings - Build stronger relationships across all organisational levels - Influence decisions more effectively These changes are often noticed by colleagues within the first few weeks of the program.

The EEP is our comprehensive 12-week program featuring virtual workshops, individual coaching, and a mobile app with daily challenges - ideal if you're a middle manager ready for intensive development towards senior leadership. The EEI is our 6-week self-paced program with weekly group coaching - perfect if you're looking to build foundational leadership skills while maintaining flexibility. Choose EEP if you want deep, transformative change with personal support; choose EEI if you prefer self-paced learning with group guidance.

For EEP, expect to commit 2-3 hours per week, including six full-day virtual workshops spread across the 12 weeks. The mobile app makes it easy to integrate quick daily challenges into your schedule. For EEI, plan for approximately 5-6 hours per week - this includes watching the lesson content, completing daily practice challenges, participating in weekly group coaching sessions, and maintaining your development journal. Both programs are designed for busy professionals, with practical exercises that integrate into your daily work rather than adding to it.

This is not a course; it is a behavioural change program. We use a 70,20,10 model of learning to ensure transfer from the classroom to the workplace.

It takes between 21 and 66 days to form a new habit, according to research. We work to a model of 72 days which enables us to use spaced repetition which creates long lasting behavioural change.

Many participants get quick wins almost instantaneously. However, for long lasting results you show expect to see some amazing improvements within the 12 weeks of the program

Being neurodiverse does not mean you cannot learn soft skills. It does mean you will need to find your own special way of adapting our processes to meet your own learning style. Our team of psychologist facilitators can help you with this.

Yes. The human brain has neuroplasticity which means anyone can learn new tricks. It comes down to deliberate practice, repetition and motivation.
